About Hans Christian Galst
Hans Christian specialises in some of the key commercial law areas, including company law, company contracts, mergers and acquisitions, employment law and cases relating to the intellectual property rights of companies and artists.
Hans Christian represents a number of major Danish and international companies, including Koda, Danish Broadcasting Corporation (Danmarks Radio), Sony Mobile Communications AB, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Ltd, Leman, Unibet, Betty Barclay and Mango. In 2013, he won a prize for his work with Sony.
Hans Christian also litigates cases within commercial and company law and he has litigated a number of the firm’s cases of general public importance for Ericsson and the Danish Bar and Law Society at the Supreme Court.
The international rating agency The Legal 500 describes Hans Christian as “excellent”, “outstanding” and “extremely professional”. He is featured in the categories dispute resolution, intellectual property and commercial, corporate and M&A.
