Most companies and employees will at some point experience issues relating to employment law. The rules are comprehensive and complicated, and they are amended regularly. Furthermore, decisions are frequently pronounced within this area which are important for future cases. It is therefore often difficult for companies and employees to navigate employment law.
Our advisory services comprise preparation of employment contracts, bonus, share option and other incentive schemes, competition and non-solicitation clauses, holiday provisions, executive contracts, onboardings and postings, changes in terms of employment and maternity rules. In addition, we prepare staff manuals and staff policies for companies.
In disputes between employer and employees, we provide advisory services on equal treatment, discrimination, warnings, terminations, release from duties, instant dismissals, suspensions and severance agreements. We also litigate before the courts, the labour court and the special labour boards on behalf of both employers and employees.
A number of large international companies such as Unibet, Betty Barclay and Mango have charged us with solving their employment law issues in Denmark.
