Regitze is a lawyer and affiliated to the real property and construction department.

She provides specialist advice within real property focusing on assignment of real property, property project development, housing law and commercial lease law and attends many of the major cases and arbitration cases of the department.

Regitze Elmsted is an experienced lawyer who has primarily been engaged in providing advice on real property, including in particular commercial lease law, property contracts, property development projects, association law and contract law.

In her career, Regitze has been an assistant judge at the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial High Court, an associate partner at NT Advokater, general counsel of Københavns Ejendomme & Indkøb and general counsel of COWI.

In 1998, Regitze graduated from the law school of the Aarhus University, and in 2014 she obtained the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court.
