About Henrik Drewes Rasmussen
Henrik is an attorney in the commercial and company law department. He has more than 20 years’ in-depth experience with debt collection and enforcement proceedings and he teaches within these specialist fields on an ongoing basis.
He also litigates court cases, enforcement proceedings and arbitration cases for several utility companies, property administrators, pension funds and rights owners.
Henrik provides pro bono advice to Foreningen Vi Har Altid Et Valg, an association which helps non-drinking adults and children in alcohol-affected families.
Henrik is a member of the Danish Association of Litigation Attorneys and the Danish Credit Management Association (Dansk Kredit Råd ).
